read lights's post carefully. you should arrive at the conclusion that the firm is not for beginners.

 

They take-on ex-specialists, bank-prop, hedge PMs, etc. They're at the top of the prop food-chain. Their top guy made something like $15MM last year. Most are >$1MM earners.

 

That's great to hear, I think I'm going to wind up taking the offer. Thanks for the info.

 

Oh please. Cut the BS. For example, one guy is from DB prop and another from SAC (and he is a net-loser). They wouldn't return your call.
