I thought things were going good for a couple of days, but of course, that did not last long. issue 1) A huge chunk was missing from the volumes hot list. issue 2) I keep getting kicked off the server. issue 3) some of the data from Dow kept on dissappearing issue 4) it's impossible to reach anybody at tech support
It's difficult to comment on this without further details, so I'd recommend contacting support either by phone or email with those additional details. I can say that on 1 and 3 that is the first I've heard of those issues. I'm guessing that #2 is referring to the Tick Server dropping your connection? We are aware of this and have a team of engineers working to solve that issue. Regarding hold times for QCharts technical support, I do know that it can spike up, especially at the market open, however as of this moment, there is no one in line waiting.
Volumes are still screwed up. Im not sure if Esignal just doesnt give a shit or if the engineers are just imcompetent, but this is really pissing me off. I would like to continue using this p.o.s., but maybe it's time to change an old habit...
