QCharts Down?

    eSignal reps on another thread are saying 3 transformers blew a block away from them, they have no power

    In my area, a "blown transformer" = 1 1/2 -to- 2 1/2 hours of downtime.

  3. Unbelievable. They don't have backups? I thought they had server farms scattered all over? They don't have backup generators? Sheesh...

    the old qcharts 5 servers were all put in one area , so if that area goes , its all down !!

  8. When QCharts does happen to be working, is the data still as inaccurate as it had been a number of years ago? I had used it for a few years beginning in 1999. I found the delays and inaccuracies offensive. What a shame. Such a beautiful interface with nothing behind it. Like a vacuous starlet, I suppose.

    It's still the same. I put oil contracts up and some days you get quotes, some days you don't. Sometimes you can delete the symbol and retype it and maybe it will come up, other days not. Still pretty much the same as it has always been.
