THE calling the invasion '' defend the russian territory ''[Bloomberg News]
As far as the evil empire calling the russian mass exodus '' greatly exaggerated'' [SRN News]\ Sounds like more evil empire propaganda. One way airline tickets from Moscow =$5,000:caution::caution:
Maybe an accidental bluff on 300k draftees, they lost so many in Afghanistan. US had about 40,000 flee to Canada, on our losing war in Vietnam.
The good news is oil only upticked about 00.30%; evil empire lost again\ oil trend still down.

If Biden & Co. were smart, they'd let our drillers go ham and get oil down to (or under) $40/bbl.
That would put a real hurtin' on Putin.
We can worry about climate change when that war's over.
    Bankrupt the f'r.

"Climate change" is nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, Creepy Joe has screwed up our oil industry and relied way too much on the Strategic Reserves for political purposes (poll ratings and mid-terms).

And it's not as simple as drilling, stopping operations then trying to produce again. Once a well is forced to stop producing oil and you try starting it again, there's no guarantee it will return to its original pressure. Also, on the surface, Biden’s admin approves leases, etc. but behind the scenes no one will fund them. Thank the ESG crap.

Biden and Democrats are up the asses of the Green Energy CEO buddies of theirs. The Inflation Reduction Act is designed to impose huge taxes on US companies while, giving huge subsidies to green energy companies in the tens of billions. So, the double whammy of increased taxes being passed on to US consumers and big subsidies to promote green energy which is very expensive and does not fill the US energy needs is just one more instance of the clown show coming to town. A lot of people probably, do not know it but, crude oil is refined and you get asphalt, diesel, aviation fuel, liquified petroleum gas, etc. used to manufacture plastic products too. I know this because I worked for a foreign oil company before I emigrated to the US. Now, for the green energy crowd, what are you going to replace oil with? If it was that easy, oil would not be used even now. Our company then experimented with various forms of green energy and none of it can be used because there is not enough energy generated. Solar cell was used in one village but, the communists destroyed it within one year. Geothermal was used in that country and even then, it gave a limited supply of electricity if at that. Focus on practical solutions. Raise the octane levels of gasoline. Even then, we had premium gas that was 95 octane which burns more cleanly and less pollutants. Here, I think we only have 92 octane gas. The lower the octane, the more pollutants in that gasoline.

  10. China is world master in the field of solar cell research as well solar products.
US can call China if it needs some solar products, or some advise on solar... :D
Same with EV battery technology and similar power storage technologies...
US and EU desperately needs solar panels, China can deliver them cheaper than anybody else.
Btw, don't forget to scrap your idiotic sanctions before contacting China... :D

Btw2, German companies in masses fleeing Germany b/c of the energy shortages.
Guess where they are going to: of course to China, and not to the US... :D

    Just guessing...
