Russia military doctrine weak army and nuclear in case of a big war and strikes against russian territory

So let's assume Russians are not bluffing and will do what is in their manual

So let's say Ukraine using US intelligence, US weapon, US instructors and US operators decimates Belgorod and in retaliation Russia launches nuclear strike let's be optimists and it doesn't strike US land first
maybe they attack US military base in Europe
so let's say they strike Ramstein base
10 000 military personnel dead momentarily.
    who knows how many civilians

    Is that what you suggest?
    And what's the next step?

... and what would be the (long term) perspective for russia - after doing something like that ...?

maybe ugly moscow being removed as first step, or ...?

You question means you have zero self preservation instinct.
Who cares if Russia has any perspective or not if you re dead and your children dead.
Common go ahead and test Russians, humiliate them, ask for 10 trillion reparation, destroy Moscow, put stick into Putin bum and then get 50 million dead in US.
And if you have a moment before your death remember how it started and think if it was worth it- Russia politely asked not to take Ukraine into NATO

This is similar to US vs. Japan war in 1945 when the US had to escalate by bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki to persuade the Japanese govt. to surrender.
Ukraine will not surrender and is getting more and more better supplies which will kill more and more Russian troops.
Putin will not accept defeat no matter of extent of troops losses, but the reserves and morale are low.
It seems the only way for Putin to win this war is to bomb Ukraine.

people like putin - and you obviously - need medicine / prof. help - don't you realize this?

would you - or putin - destroy half of the planet just because a free country does not want to be part of a dictatorship?

ukraine is and will stay a free country - period.

russia has zero right to question this and the russian people don't want to fight for this criminal "government" to stay in power any longer and continue the stealing of trillions of russian money.

eventually somebody near putin will hopefully kill him and make an end to this idiotic war.

there was absolutely no threat to russia - neither from ukraine nor from nato or whatever.

it was / is all just because putin is a very very sick person and the corona pandemic made it even worse.

Since Russia is actively at war with Ukraine, striking any other targets is a simple one-sided declaration of war by Russia.
Russia constantly threatening neighbours and now the world, if they want to commit to a kamikaze then that'll be the end. Russia is threatening countries that combined have far more firepower and can also destroy Russia many times over. But threatening with this is immature.
Russia really is just a gas station with nukes, there's nothing else left.

Only a mentally ill Russian would say something this insipid.
    1. Ukraine was not going to join NATO any time soon.
    2. Ukraine can choose whatever route it wants.
    3. So if NATO says "Russia needs to immediately throw Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia from CIS". Do you think Russia will comply? No, because it's not the business of third parties. That's the equivalent of what Russia is asking, since you likely didn't get it.

This. NATO already has plenty of borders with Russia. There wasn't even a military buildup in the Baltics, there was no threat to Russia. If NATO wanted to attack Russia as Russia states, Baltics would have been full of US bases.
People like @kashirin do not understand Russian propaganda, if he would only investigate deeper than Russian state media news headlines, he would see the truth.

... and in case anybody (in russia or wherever) still doesn't know:

putin doesn't give a shit about russia or the russian people.

everything he ever did and does is only about him and his ego
(resulting from his inferiority complex because of his very short legs).
