There is a lot of talk about whether the Ukrainians should be given long, medium, or short range missiles because you don't want to piss off Vlad. I would calculate the distance to one of the shopping malls in Moscow. And whatever that distance is tells you what range they need. Where am I going wrong here? Sure you could argue that it would be directed at civilians but one could make the case that targeting a mall in Moscow guarantees that no civilians would be hit. Little joke there. OR NOT.
