  1. I was a bit early for that Long entry and missed the 75.25- 75.75 area for long entry as I was typing my thoughts in ET

  2. I would normally be short here around 81.5 but some of the underlying PA is keeping me out of the short side right now

If I understand you correctly, you are posting these trades to keep yourself "honest" with yourself, and to see if you are congruent with your subsequent market actions? But just for the record, for those of us with a slight interest in what we think you are doing, would it be possible for you to post your Trading Plan, so that we may have some basis by which to compare your pre-planned "intentions" with your actual market "actions". I believe this type of record keeping may help you as well. Thanks

  10. My first short @ 77 was ok this AM but my 2nd short in the 74.5 area was too late...even tho it worked out. The over night hi was 78 & I took a short in that area because of the way PA acted as it approached that level.

The 1170 area held as well and prompted A Long trade but I was still in a short and thought the gap might have gotten filled so I didn't get L until 1173. I scaled out along the way & the top of the O/N range (73-76) proved to be support around 10:50 EST. I got L a bit early...78.75... and kept the stop tight as I was prepared for for a possible test of the 76 area. I will sometimes take a small position and add on if price comes into my area but I really wasn't too convinced on the L side at that point so I just took a small loss. I missed the L entry as I was typing a post in ET.

I finally got a L...80 ish area.... once I noticed the lack of conviction to the downside. I scaled out of the trade but didn't hold for the 87 mark I mentioned pre mkt....all in all, a decent trade though
