Gee...you are one angry person. I see two sides caught in a fight and for us neutrals I am not sure who to believe. Both as bad as each other. Unlike others, I do not jump on the bandwagon and start ranting. I go on facts and so far they are missing from both sides.
Bankster is another one Pure Dreck's handles! http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/searc...=2516208&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending Have you met the Pure Dreck lemmings yet? el surdo
LOL, from the looks of it, chipmunk is one too! But he's got it allwrong, I don't give a shit what nOObs like him do. Whether he joins Puretrash or not (he's most likely a sockpuppet already) doesn't matter in the least to me. I actually wish Purecrap would take their Dog & Pony Show over to the ES (with those stops they'ed blow their account no time).
Nope. Sure didn't. You must be confusing me with Alex. I'm Geoff (the co admin) as you can see from my signature and thats why I wrote my name in that message. I don't read Alex's private mail. So if he sent you a message or two then thats between you guys. CajunSniper - Co-Admin PureTick.com
I am sure you have already researched supplements and foods, but I extracted this from a reliable site. Blueberries Their high antioxidant properties have moved the tiny fruit from muffin filler to health food favorite. Anthocyanin, the pigment which colors the berry, provides much of its benefits. Also a good source of vitamin C, which can protect against cell damage. Broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts Rich in cancer-fighting sulforaphane and indole-3-carbinol, antioxidants which can protect the body against cell-damaging free radicals. Green tea Antioxidants called catechins may reduce the size and number of cancer tumors, although large amounts of green tea are needed to be effective. The U.S. National Cancer Institute is funding a study looking at the the effects of drinking 10 to 15 cups of decaffeinated green tea in reversing pre-cancerous lesions in the lungs of former smokers. (Actually, white tea is better than green tea, and drinking it is better than supplements) Flaxseed A good source of omega-3 fatty acids, the nutty seeds are associated with lowering cholesterol and may reduce the risk of some cancers, researchers say. (actually, real fish oil is much better than flax) Soy Soy beans and other soy-containing foods contain isoflavones which can lower cholesterol and are believed to lower digestive cancers such as colon and rectal. It is believed that women who eat a lot of soy may be less prone to breast cancer because of reduced estrogen, although research is inconclusive. The FDA is considering whether to allow foods containing soy protein to claim a reduced risk of certain cancers on product labels. Tomatoes A rich source of the antioxidant lycopene, which is believed to protect against prostate cancer as well as heart disease. Cooked tomatoes are actually a better source than raw because the process releases the lycopene from cells. TWO MORE NOTES 1) I would HIGHLY recommend a resveratrol supplement, the potent stuff in red wine. It flushes out of the body very rapidly. so it should be taken 4-5 times a day. It should also have quercitin and lecithin, which keep it bioactive in the body longer. 2) I would encourage you to learn about sprouting. For about 3-7 days after a veg seed sprouts, it is MUCH higher in the concentration of the antioxidants and other things above, than regular vegetables. There is a lot of weird info our there, so the wikipedia article is a good place to start. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sprouting Also, http://www.living-foods.com/articles/sprouting.html In fact, peanut sprouts are one of the very few things high in resveratrol, naturally. This is an example about broccoli sprouts and cancer prevention: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/01/02/broccoli-sprouts.aspx If you have any questions, feel free to PM. I have studied this stuff in depth for quite a few years.
