Read the side affects of it.....im not saying you'll lose a kidneey but t was warnign against using it basically unless you are a serious athlete due to some nasty side effects

in the gym 4 hours a day?! i lift like 30-40 min a day and i probably don't even need to do it that long..
I know,,,you know all.....that's why your laughing at my post in which i said i heard it can mess you up unless you are a big time lifter...let's analyze this: You get Creatine naturally.....If you have too much , you will have soem serious side effects like the ones mentioned above....Now take Cubano...if he is getting enough naturally but starts supplementing , what is going to happen??
TM if your brother is really in the gym four hours a day he's in there three hours too long. Imagine what he might be if he didn't chronically overtrain?
true story...he's battled that before....he's also blown blood vessles in the eyes and torn muscles...i think its crazy myself.
I do think 4 hours is too long, but then again if you are a bodybuilder that is your life...I go between the hours of 6 am and 7:15 am and about 20 minutes of that time im stretching and riding a bike for a quick 5 minutes ( just to get flowing)...I try to go 4 times a week but i avg 3 times...and I play ball every single saturday for about 4 -5 games....when its scorching hot i can only play 2 or 3...peace
