  4. I did indeed feel like a new person. It was a different feeling for sure. Pretty cool.

    It probably operated more as a risk management signal, which I still did mechanically today without the feeling. So it was a feeling that was useful, but I have worked around it.

  6. That's why I started this journal. I wanted to document the feelings so I can acknowledge they exist and work around them rather than try to suppress them. The feedback has been immensely valuable!

    When building a structure with bricks, it's one brick at a time and when your done it's a solid structure. The same approach can be used towards rebuilding or repairing oneself, Its one item at a time. Just remember to celebrate your achievements, you worked hard for it, and you deserve it.
