Haven't used those specifically, but my advice is stay away from "web accelerators" entirely. Most are more trouble than they're worth and have a history of screwing up file downloads, serving up old cached pages even when the page has changed on the server, etc. Better option is to invest in a faster line if possible instead (cable internet's pretty cheap in most places - just be sure to firewall or hide behind a NAT router).
