Would you say that you factor Price Action into your trading MaxBoo?

Well, curious traders want to know, "I wonder what my setups were telling me at that point in time.
The number of people that have Tested Setup/Triggers is miniscule from the percent on ET that have stated that they are rules based traders.

Artistic traders that try to Steal wmw's method will have a hell of a time of it and if the system is that fragile, then ya better get that shit underway if you gonne "Sell It", and good luck.

Price Action Has No Secrets, so posting charts is not a problem, hell it is almost an advertisement to jump aboard, the more the merrier. All Aboard, lol. Steal away if ya got what it takes, and it ain't rocket science. Everybody wants to to be complicated Artists. Got 10 years? See ya later.

Illini Trader, Thanks. Posting specific entry times makes it possible for the curious trader to go look and see what Their Setup / Triggers were showing at those times and how they fared in comparison to the performance you posted. Such things as timeframe charts can also be evaluated. In trading it is not necessary to be "the best", as in the "bear in the woods chase", just be better than the next guy.

Artistic traders prolly take the time to try and suss out some intuitive way to conjure up a "method" from textual accompanyments to charts and tables, but you can see by the constant bickering among artistic intuitives that such trading methodology is fraught with contentious subjectivity.

The subject of your statement above to which I responded was wmw, - with what precision did he post Entry times? Along with product information, that's enough for an intrepid trader on the trail of Hallmarks of Action to go see how his setups performed against "The Next Guy."

Again, thanks for the table of entry times. Nice work.

  3. I had a few laughs with this book.

In case you can't see the thumbnail, the title is "Technical Analysis is mostly bullshit"

  4. Imagine that....growing your 13K account into two million in a matter of months.
A nuclear bomb of growth and compounding -- and skill and understanding and process,
That kind of accomplishment would make you a certifiable Trader that's Elite, or an ET.
You would be considered one of the bests traders in the world.

    So make it Happ'n, Cap'N,
What's stopping you from doing that very thing,
The Holy Grail. Some people know the, trading, future better than others,
Absorb the trade, digest the trade, let the trade seep into your bloodstream, make the trade part of your mind aura,

I know it sounds a terribly a lot like mumbo jumbo, but it's all there,
Riches for the Taking, all possible and achievable....for the right, ideal, prepared soul who understands the process,
Not a fantasy scenario at all, unless you settle and choose to let it be one.
    Mazal tov, and acheive greatness,

Got her in the palm of your hand. Look at that smile on her face...

What are your opinions regarding Price Action trading angryT?

  7. Price action by itself is limited, but if you link it with a good market profile indicator you might see something useful.

I don't think it works for an intra-day range. Too much noise to see something meaningful.

I can see that is your preferred craft, since you are asking.

  9. Ya know, it really is possible and as Easymon says "you don't have to be perfect", just grind out a profit on most days. If you noticed my trades for Friday, I did trade TSLA once and SPX once. If I should get comfortable and confident trading these bigger contracts and maintain daily profitability, then the One Million Trading Profit in less than a year is very feasible. In my last SPY trade I made $90, but that is $900 on SPX with much less capital committed than with 10 SPY. (thus less overall risk than 10 SPY) Both of these (SPX and TSLA) are very scalable in size as you never would need to trade higher than 10 options.

And, this is possible with even an account much smaller than I am trading since I will never have more than approximately 10% of my account at risk at any given moment in time.

  10. You should really just focus on the broad market, the S&P.
Digest the S&P, lust over the S&P, dig deeper into the S&P, be a therapist and psychologist of the S&P,

Forget individual companies....they can potentially be too erratic, and have land mines in various places that can set you back.

I sound like a broken record, but if someone can reasonably trade and understand the S&P daily....they can become a multi-millionaire in the market in under a year, with options/leverage of course.
