Prosecutors Move For Mistrial As Jury Has Been Tainted By Clear Video Evidence Of Kyle Rittenhouse

  1. Okay, whatever.

Let's just say that there has always been an interest on getting him on as many charges as possible but the homicide charges were the jewels in the crown for them.

Now the focus on the lesser charges is to find a consolation prize for the prosecution.

See if you can spot the difference.

  2. By first stepping into the melee with body armor, assault rifle, and attitude. What could possibly go wrong?

  3. So you are arguing that the guy who shot and lived - who was carrying a loaded handgun - approached Rit with the intent to kill him.

    The defense thanks you.

  4. He is guilty of something and it is up to the DA to go after all charges. DA has to take what case is handed to them not what they personally feel should be handed down. Public is crying for 1 st degree murder but that is just ridiculuos.

But so is the notion that he committed no crimes simply because someone swung a skateboard at him.

As I said his team can argue self defense as a defense against the requirements for the charges of murder and it is a valid defense. But he has to take responsibility for his actions of the situation he put himself into no matter how hard he cries on the stand.

  5. If you want to drop down to kindergarten and comment like that then we cannot have a discussion..

I have not argued anything like what you just said so stay on topic please.

The guy who approached Rit is not on trial in this specific case. Defense cannot argue about one guy with a gun to acquit his client on the other people he shot.....

According to your logic, if a guy approaches me with a gun I can shoot his two friends on the side and argue I shot those other 2 people because this guy has a gun?

  6. Of course, but that does not counter my assertion that there is suddenly a greater interest in getting a conviction on what was just tertiary charges.

Interesting to see how you lefties have such a sudden boner for locking juveniles up on minor gun possession charges. I thought you guys were into "alternative" remedies for juveniles.

Kyle Rittenhouse should not have been charged. The video tape of the incident as it happened clearly shows what happened. That is the extreme liberal BS. They want to prosecute everyone they disagree like with the January 6, 2021 demonstrators and ignore the violent crimes of BLM/Antifa thugs. Any other country which respects law and order will not allow such BS. To do so, invites chaos, invites criminals to become more violent and sends the wrong message that being a criminal is A-Okay.

  8. The other guy is not on trial but an examination of his motives and intent when approaching Rit is VERY MUCH part of Ritten' trial. And according to your previous logic/assertion , just going into that area with a loaded gun is demonstration of intent to use it against a person.

Again, the defense thanks you. Not that they needed it.
