He is guilty of something and it is up to the DA to go after all charges. DA has to take what case is handed to them not what they personally feel should be handed down. Public is crying for 1 st degree murder but that is just ridiculuos. But so is the notion that he committed no crimes simply because someone swung a skateboard at him. As I said his team can argue self defense as a defense against the requirements for the charges of murder and it is a valid defense. But he has to take responsibility for his actions of the situation he put himself into no matter how hard he cries on the stand.

Kyle Rittenhouse should not have been charged. The video tape of the incident as it happened clearly shows what happened. That is the extreme liberal BS. They want to prosecute everyone they disagree like with the January 6, 2021 demonstrators and ignore the violent crimes of BLM/Antifa thugs.
