Prosecutors Move For Mistrial As Jury Has Been Tainted By Clear Video Evidence Of Kyle Rittenhouse

Looks like some jurors are trying very hard to convict Kyle Rittenhouse. Just looking at the evidence, should be a unanimous not guilty verdict on all counts. It should not be taking this long. Looking more likely, a hung jury and the biased prosecutors probably, will take another shot at it. Jurors if they have a conscience, will do the right thing and fully exononerate Kyle Rittenhouse on all charges. If they were in the shoes of Kyle Rittenhouse, would they love to be wrongly convicted for defending their life?

The State knew who this kicker was but said they did not know
The State did what they can to keep him from testifying

Wisconsin arrest records show that Freeland has a lengthy criminal history, including charges for battery, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and other offenses this year.

  3. Yeh, I have not exactly figured out why the state did not want to call him. He is a nasty fuck though. He was out on bond, for among other things, breaking his girl friends ribcage. It is hardly coincidence that all of the shootees were people who had extensive histories of hurting people and seemed to go that route when finding opportunities. Rittenhouse had a history of cleaning grafitti and fantasizing about being an emt so there is that.

I know the defense can not go into their past criminal background but the state may not have wanted to put him on because he is just comports as being too scary. Plus he was demanding plea deals on his other crimes in return for favorable testimony which s always risky because they start producing testimony that the defense trips them up on. That happened with GrossKrotch. They gave him a waiver on the gun concealed carry with no permit and some other stuff to testify, then he cut the prosecutors balls off and said he was pointing his gun at Ritten when he was shot.

Also, going all the way back to Jacob Blake this is all supposed to be about white supremacists going after mostly peaceful blacks. Freeman is black and is a scary person who busted his girlfriends ribcage, and suprize, surprize, is caught on video looking like he is trying to bust Rittenhouse's for sport as well. I guess he was too much of a walking disaster for the prosecution to try to use him.

In other words. I don't know. But it is pretty strange to have a witness/"victim" so deeply involved in the events of that night (rittenhouse took a shot at him to defend himself) that neither the prosecution nor the defense wanted on the stand. The public may just be learning his identity but the prosecution and the defense have both known for quite a while -yet would not use his name in court when referring to him.

  4. It is also interesting the defense did not call him either as a hostile witness so he must have been so fucked up on credibility both sides knew he could be discredited too easily.

Finally, justice is served and Kyle Rittenhouse acquitted. He still had to be locked up in jail for like 2 months for defending himself. These bogus charges should not have been filed by the prosecutor.

Not Guilty on ALL charges (unanimous vote by every juror).

I think it's a fair verdict except for crossing state lines with a weapon. I had a friend in high school that crossed from Illinois to Wisconsin with a handgun. He was 17 years old and didn't even shoot anyone...just transporting the weapon to his cousin.

No priors, honor student, JROTC, and found guilty. The 3 months in jail was good enough for the judge to say "time served".

Hopefully Kyle can piece his life back together now as a ASU student.

P.S. During the trial it was revealed that Kyle did not crossed state lines with a weapon. The weapon (AR15) was given to him "in" Wisconsin. That's the reason why that misdemeanor charge didn't stick.

Seriously, this is your OPINION, not a FACT. Why you choose to live your life basing it on lies is beyond me. Typical libtard.

FACTS ARE TO LIBERALS AS KRYPTONITE IS TO SUPERMAN. Thank you for proving this yet once again.

    You stupid ?

He was found NOT GUILTY on ALL CHARGES. It's a fact.
    • Here's another fact for you...it can not be appealed. It's over as in the fat lady has sang. :D
With that said, here's my opinion about K. Rittenhouse. Now that he's a ASU student (online)...wait about a year and enroll full-time in person so that he can have a normal life.

Killing someone even in self-defense is a horrible burden to bear at such a young age. That's my opinion as an Army veteran.
