If the BLM/Antifa thugs loot, burn and destroy their communities, it would be a good thing because extreme liberal Democrats voted for this and they should get to experience first hand the consequences of their actions. I am sure police this time will stand down. Call it karma.

  5. Liberals Accuse Rittenhouse Of Trying To Avoid Punishment Through Legal Loophole Known As 'Trial'

KENOSHA, WI—Leftists are sounding the alarm that Kyle Rittenhouse—a notorious slayer of white communist pedophiles—may escape punishment through a little-known legal loophole known as a "trial."

"This is very concerning," said Chip Cordray, progressive legal expert covering the case. "Using this obscure loophole, Rittenhouse's fate will be decided by an impartial jury of peers based on evidence, rather than the whims of noble communist revolutionaries on Twitter—such as Bette Midler and Joe Biden."

Experts confirm that if Rittenhouse is found "not guilty," liberals won't be getting their way, which could lead to massive temper-tantrums, such as arson and looting.

"We can't let this happen," said Cordray. "It's time to talk about closing the 'trial' loophole so that justice can be done according to the whims of the leftist mob, as our founding fathers intended."

  6. ‘Whole case is a mess’: Judge lets Rittenhouse choose final jurors in raffle system

Controversial Judge Bruce Schroeder allowed Kyle Rittenhouse, on trial for shooting three people and killing two of them with an AR-15 assault weapon he had illegally obtains and carried across state lines, with literally having a hand in choosing the twelve jurors who will now decide his fate.

Judge Schroder has been under fire for what many see as extraordinary deference to Rittenhouse, some even say support of Rittenhouse. Others have noted his cell phone ring tone is the same song as Donald Trump's campaign theme song, and others still were offended by at least one offhand "joke" Schroder made. Trial watchers were also stunned when Schroder falsely claimed zooming in on a photo as millions of people do daily to enlarge it is "so-called scientific evidence." And others were disturbed by Schroeder's very public attacks on the prosecutor.

18 jurors sat through the entire trial, but only 12, as is customary, will decide the case.

"At the direction of Circuit Judge Bruce Schroder," the Associated Press reports Tuesday afternoon, "Rittenhouse's attorney placed slips of paper into a raffle drum with the numbers of each of the 18 jurors on it who sat through the two-week trial. The drum had been sitting on a window ledge throughout the trial but was placed in front of Rittenhouse at the defense table Tuesday."

"Rittenhouse then selected six pieces of paper from the drum, who a court official then read aloud to be dismissed: 11, 58, 14, 45, 9 and 52."

The remaining 12 will deliberate the case.

“I've never heard of a defendant pulling the names," Portage County Assistant District Attorney Robert Jambois told the AP. “That's done by a member of the court."

Not in this case, which has deviated from general norms repeatedly.

Former Milwaukee County assistant district attorney Julius Kim told the AP, "I've never seen a judge allow a defendant to draw those names. That might be a little unconventional but there's nothing wrong with it that I could really see."

On social media many were stunned.

It was obvious early on that there was something very odd about that judge.

  8. "Something else in the closing argument that were interesting to me; Kraus a.k.a. Dale Doback [said], oh, there is no left- or right-handed firearms: Well, actually there is."

I gotta admit that I too was gobsmacked when I heard Prosecutor Dildo say this. I was just left shakin' my head. Just unbelievable.

I am left handed but even if you are right handed, just imagine if your bolt action had the bolt over on the other side of the gun but you still wanted to shoot off your right shoulder. Or if you have a semiautomatic rifle but I told you that I was going to give a left handed model- rare as they are- that will know eject every hot catridge right into your eye. Because is how it is for a left handed person to shoot it, if unless they start shooting of their right shoulder.

And all that nice contouring on the stock build up in just the right places to form a cheek-rest? All fine and dandy except your cheek is on one side of the gun and cheek rest portion of the stock is on the other side. Other than that, it's great.

And I won't even get into shooting muzzleloaders if you are lefty. With the flint or the percussion cap firing right next to your eye. All fine and dandy too, as long as pet dog is a seeing eyed dog and can help you out if you go blind.

He is an idiot. Every day proves it.

Hey isn't the absence of a verdict by now a (somewhat) bad sign for the defense?

Predicting Verdicts Based on Length of Jury Deliberations
Some believe short deliberations mean jurors have found the defendant guilty, while longer deliberations mean they are leaning towards acquittal. Despite these theories, trying to predict the length of jury deliberations is generally a futile effort. Consider this:

    • A Minnesota jury deliberated a little over 10 hours before convicting Derek Chauvin of second-degree murder, third-degree murder and manslaughter in the death of George Floyd.
    • It took a federal jury four days find Paul Manafort guilty of eight counts of financial crimes on an 18-count indictment.
    • It took a Texas jury 2 ½ hours to find Eddie Ray Routh guilty of capital murder for the deaths of American Sniper Chris Kyle and his friend Chad Littlefield.
    • After 35 hours of deliberation over nine days, a California jury acquitted actor Robert Blake of killing his wife, Bonny Lee Bakley.
    • A California jury deliberated nine hours before convicting doctor Conrad Murray of unintentional manslaughter in the death of pop star legend, Michael Jackson.
    • A Florida jury deliberated 16 ½ hours before acquitting George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Martin.
    • A California jury deliberated less than four hours before acquitting O.J. Simpson of murder in the deaths of his wife, Nicole, and her friend, Ronald Goldman.
    • A Florida jury deliberated less than 11 hours before acquitting Casey Anthony of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.
    • A Pennsylvania jury deliberated more than 20 hours over two days before convicting Jerry Sandusky of sexually assaulting 10 boys.
    • It took a California jury seven days to convict Scott Peterson of murder in the death of his wife, Laci, and their unborn son.
    • A Texas jury deliberated eight days before acquitting Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price of bribery and mail fraud.
    • It is safe to assume that jury deliberations may take longer in complicated cases with multiple defendants, counts or charges, which will require longer jury instructions. Still, there is no “average” jury deliberation and the time-frame is anyone’s guess.
