Tough week for Kerry. Amid plummeting poll numbers, he retires to the palatial Heinz ski lodge. First day out, a hapless secret service agent bumps him on the slope and Kerry goes down. Asked later about it by reporters, he snarls " I don't fall, that {expeletive] ran into me." Later Kerry fell half a dozen times all by himself in full view of reporters. My question: How dumb, tasteless or ungrateful do you have to be to curse at a guy who makes civil service wages to put his body between you and an assasin's bullet? I guess Kerry is used to Teresa's hired help keeping out of his way.
