Maybe TradeSignals? Except they don't seem to carry data for the minis. You can get SPM5, but not ESM5. Just checked it out. Same thing with the Dow futures. You can get DJM5, but not YMM5. Other than that, they are Java-based. The old Prophetfinance used to provide free futures java charts. But that was a few years back.
