Check your local craigslist want ads to see what, if any, are local to your area. If you have no problem working remotely, then your alternatives are greatly increased.
if you mean a true prop firm like First New York Securities I doubt it, if you want a bucket shop "trade arcade" it still may be a hard find in your area. there is an HFT firm in Kansas City, Mo called Tradebot Systems Inc.
