1. risk management is not perfect especially in a fast markets.. 2.being an independent contractor does not mean that you would not share in the losses of the group especially if you have not receive your payout. prop traders deposits are part of firm capital. if the co. goes bankrupt you can lose your capital. or part of your capital.. being an independent contractor does not help. bone up on your knowledge . it will serve you well in life.
