Genesis offers it now I think... they showed me a demo it seemed OK but the two things that got to me were: only 1 market center, can't see arca and inet even though Im' under the impression they have a small percentage of the TSX volume... and a whack $3.50/1000 charge just to trade TSX in addition to normal commission rates.
