First let me thanks evyone for all of their feedback on various posts. Like every other noob I have been trying to figure out what the best type of agreement is. Of course it certainly depends on your style but I have attached a spreadsheet that compares the 3 different arrangements (retail, prop with split and prop without split) over three scenario levels.
