Prop firms that pay a salary... (UK)

I would like to know proprietary firms that pay a salary and provide training, especially from UK, Ireland, Australia ...

Can we mention, and if possible give more information, of prop firms that meet these characteristics?

 

I doubt any prop firm would pay a salary and also risk their own capital while you're learning to trade.

That is what a traditional prop firm does.

 

Fair enough, for non-graduates? I don't think there's one in Australia that pays a salary.

 

I dont know the answer. Maybe an OSTC trader is here and can tell us.

Propex does. It's not enough to live on. Not especially in Sydney or Singapore.
