the only one I know out there is WTS. You gotta be a real early bird to be trading the US markets in PST.
WTS has an LA office? I think CY Group has an office in LA. I don't think they require a license, so it might be one of those prop models that is sketchy from a legal standpoint. I'm not positive about that, though.
ppl have been saying that about CY for years..... they always seem to pay out/have no problems. they run a different business model which seems to work for them as they are still in business after all the ups/downs(NO I do not trade/represent them)
