Ok, I had a thread about finding Prop Firms north of NYC in the Westchester NY area. Surprisingly, I wasn't hammered by any prop firms about their shops - only a couple of individuals responded, and they weren't selling me (those that responded, thank you!) It was not the deluge I was expecting. That being said, I would like to hear from the following people through Private Message: If you are a successful trader at a Prop Firm that is within the range of Westchester NY, I would appreciate a message and a brief rundown of why you are at your particular Prop Firm. What is the financial arrangement, payout, margin, etc - what do you consider to be the benefits, as well as the drawbacks. What keeps you at your firm, and what would make you leave for another? Before I approach any firm, I want the inside scoop. Most importantly, does the firm believe in mentoring. If anyone would care to help, I would greatly appreciate it!
