congrats on becoming a homeowner in Bexar county..... 2400sf in downtown San Antonio is pretty baller (to be clear, that's dripping with sarcasm).... i can understand how you must be frustrated living in a city where the social scene revolves around a stagnant pool of artificially blue water and how that frustration would allow you to break into your off topic rants" True dat. Your correct about a stagnet scene of artifically blue water. Frustration, Na, I dont think you know who your dealing with. Where I live makes no diffrence to me "ROLL'n" there guy. A list at the Playboy Mansion, flights to IBIZA, stages at Ministry of Sound and W hotels with hot russina chicks.. That is what takes care of my "Frustration". Unlike you, you poor pathetic fuck. Thinking you reached over my "Head" withc your sarcasim. You'r full of shit, you'r post was not sarcastic, what it said is what it said. So, BIG DOG, when you wana roll, I'll catch you at the next party in LA. otherwise, there is always those lame ass bars on 6th street with nickle beers and drunk 17 year olds. Oh yea, you can also catch a few intellects at "spiderhouse Cafe". Hook'm horns. Now piss off little boy. THATS HOW I ROLL
so subtle accusation that i'm an ignorant, book burning nazi..... " Oh by the way there Champ. That is not what I was shooting for. I did not hint that you were such. Otherwise, I would have wrote it. You mean to tell me, my point went straight over your head? NO, say it isn't so!
EMRG, It is my observation that 90% of outsiders (besides illegals but especially snowbirds) that move to Texas are flaming f'ng assholes, such as yourself. Bragging about a 2400sqft house in Texas is laughable. Another washed up "elitist" who couldn't cut it back home perhaps? If you think TX is ass backwards then visit Louisiana for a weekend.
Looks like I'm 5 years late to the party. I'm looking for a prop shop in Austin. I have no experience trading so I'm looking for a shop with a competent training program. So far I've only found Kershner, Cypher, and RGM. Did everyone else shut down? Any thoughts or advice on these shops? Thanks in advance.
Dude, if you are in TX why on God's green earth are you not getting into energy? I mean seriously? You actually are looking for a firm to flip some stock for a nickel when you could be trading gas, oil or physical? Do you know there are guys that are 30 down there pulling in 7 figures? The avg bucketshop equity trader "if" he is profitable is probably making 40k a year. Hell, all the equity guys from NY and Chicago are moving down to TX to get into energy and you are looking for a bucketshop? Come on.
If someone knows how to trade the instrument doesnt matter Mav. You of all people should know this. A profitable equity trader isnt flipping stocks for a nickel, and simply switching to energy isnt some panacea. Besides. No one "moves" somewhere(tax situations otherwise of course) to trade their own $$ since its all electronic anyway.
I don't have a ton of money to trade and I'm brand new to trading. Would you mind elaborating a little on how one gets into energy by being in Texas?
