I didnt mean to come off rude. Its just that I have seen hundreds in your scenario with similar posts. Best of luck finding training that works..
lol Solid advice? That he is calling me naive? I have read over 2 dozen books on trading. I have all of the study material for the series 7,63,55,65 I have paper traded from 2003-2004 I have traded options, and equities live for my own personal retail account. Again, I ask you Robbie, what exactly was his advice? Maybe I missed it....There again, I responded to his assessment, as it is "a waste of his time" if he has no idea of my background, or strong interest to take on risk, and profit from it; or knowledge of trading, then it is he who makes the assumption that I am naive, where he is ignorant, not having all of the facts, and somehow assigning his own judgements. Which are quite simply in my opinion, the above stated. He just did not take the time, to understand where I am coming from, and where I am wanting to go. na¡¤ive /n¨»ˈiv/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[nah-eev] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation ¨Cadjective 1. having or showing unaffected simplicity of nature or absence of artificiality; unsophisticated; ingenuous. 2. having or showing a lack of experience, judgment, or information; credulous: She's so naive she believes everything she reads. He has a very naive attitude toward politics. Let me clarify, what I am looking for. I am looking to get started trading with a prop firm. To learn from the best, and gain further experience. I am looking for a trading environment, where there is an office of successful traders to learn and develop strategies. Training, Sponsorship for license, exposure, experience trading with other traders. Again thank you all for your positive responses. All feedback is welcome. JC
All the study materials for the exams? 2 DOZEN books? I stand corrected! I am the naive one. Those study materials for those exams will ensure your success. my bad. Your posts have told me all I have to know about your level of naivety. That is why I was trying to explain to you that "conventional" training from a prop shop DOESNT work.. Read my original post to you. I explained the pitfalls, and the reaons behind them as a warning. Then you came back with a defensive comment. THAT was my advice.. read my original post. But you are acting like a pompous young kid who is set to "set the trading world on fire." Go get 'em Bud Foxx..... Let me know how well those series 7 books prepared you.
Why dont you just give them a call and tell them you want to check it out? They already have your info it sounds like. Show a little persistence. Good luck.
JCBless, I am surprised you did not list your many watchings of "Wallstreet" as part of your trading resume. As for some SOES Bandit ideology, I do not know about that. What I do know is that we here at kershner Trading have only one belief. The immortal teachings and judgement of the one true GOD.......Gambular, the One True god. Know Him, Believe Him, KNeel before Him and Accept his Judgenment.
I have been really successful with wisetrade's red light/green light software. Whenever I get a green light from wisetrade I check to make sure that the 64 day moving average of the stock I am watching has crossed the stochastic bollinger doola. I then check my baramoter to make sure humidity levels outside are within my pre programmed range. If all of these things line up I go to my prayer mat and sacrifice a porcupine to Gambularr (the undisputed god of trading).....if Gambular smiles upon my sacrifice I then proceed to execute my trade. So far I have tuned $267,000 in to tens of dollars using this method!
