Any one ever read any good books or literature or know where to access some about the prop industry, mostly what the qualifications are?
Also, when word gets around that a place is a great place to work for, that's usually a signal that you want to leave that place. It just means the place became a target for the 9 to 5ers, who will then dominate the company culture more than the people who saw it fit to work til 3am to make the real money.
