Do they exist? I am hearing that some prop firms will have you sign a contract stating that after you leave you cannot trade for 3 years at another firm. Which kind of negates the whole point of going to one prop firm for training and experience before going somewhere else for a higher payout. I would think that prop firms that have training programs would typically put a contract on you. Similar to a non-compete contract that states you cannot utilize their trading strategies for a period of time or take what you learned and publish it or give it to another firm. Anyone have any experience with any of this?
