Hi, where do you guys start to go find prop arrangement that requires capital commitment, no base, certain % payout, certain commission fees and they give you all the pipes, hard/software, colocation, etc? Is it through head hunter? (But don't they get paid based on your salary? If there's no monthly salary, how does the HH get paid?) If it's not through HH, where about should I go look? (ie, I don't want to spend 5k/month on RTS/Orc, while looking for a broker, if there are firms that does all that already) I primarily look for access in equities/FX and I locate in nyc.
