  3. Perspective comes into play on any such topic as this. I understand that your level of educational attainment probably did not allow you to discover this.

The subject here is the tragedy of Obama's promises. The tragedy is not that they were not kept or that he made them as part of an agenda, the tragedy is the "incompatibility" of Obama's promises.

Can you point to promises from Reagan, Bush, Clinton or other presidents that conflict? They all made compatible promises that aligned with their agendas... and moved forward. People can disagree with their agendas, but it is hard to make a case that these other presidents made conflicting promises.

Obama making incompatible promises is a sign of the disarray and lack of cohesiveness in his agenda.

  5. Granting amnesty to illegals is a fundamental conflict in the conservative agenda.

    Try again.

Republicans are business owners who like cheap labor. Granting amnesty to illegals is not a fundamental conflict with the right wing agenda.

The right-wing agenda is to keep the existing cheap labor in place, and stop additional illegals beyond those currently in the US from entering the country.

This has been the policy since the time of Reagan. BTW which president enacted the last amnesty for illegals? Let's see if you know the answer. (Here is a hint: Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986).

  7. We know why they did it, but the platform they put to their rank and file is completely opposite to the legislation they enact. But thanks for pointing out even further the hypocrisy of the right.

    Made in America, yeah, okay.:D

Maybe it is time you read the Republican agenda on immigration reform. The majority of Republican party rank & file members support it so there is no hypocrisy.

Just as with the Democratic party, there is a vocal minority whose agenda is different than the party platform. Trying to state that this somehow demonstrates hypocrisy is absurd.
