So this new group that is against PAC's is itself a PAC.

Launching on Wednesday, Progressives United is an attempt to to build a grassroots effort aimed at mitigating the effects of, and eventually overturning, the Supreme Court's infamous Citizens United decision that opened the floodgates to corporate spending in the U.S. electoral system. In addition to online mobilization, the political action committee (PAC) will support progressive candidates at the local, state and national levels, as well as holding the media and elected officials accountable on the group's key priorities.

They say bad law leads to unintended consequences.

Its was the over-reaching law of McCain-Fiengold that was an affront to free speech. Anyone should have seen what a court might do with this law.

If is very clear that a corporation is considered as one being, one entity.

    Corporation definition:
A legal entity, created under the authority of a statute, which permits a group of people, as shareholders, to apply to the government for an independent organization to be created, which then pursues set objectives, and is empowered with legal rights usually only reserved for individuals, such as to sue and be sued, own property, hire employees or loan and borrow money.

If I, as a one person, have rights in Government policy , why as a group of 2 or more persons together, we would lose that ability.

  3. You wouldn't. Individually. Why should there be a need to double count?

Unless, of course, a corporation is the product of Immaculate Conception, in which case I understand why you god-fearing Rightsters are so servile to the idea.
