If you want to know why Utah is there, check out what they did in 2010: they passed the first series of healthcare exchanges.

    Universal healthcare works !!

Please show the data source for this...laughable...chart. And now you've switched to "Universal" rather than "Socialized" healthcare?

Even assuming this was accurate (which is a laugh believing that they could track where everyone was born originally, how long they lived their life in what states before dying in the state where the tracking was done), please explain the difference in medical system between - say, Vermont and Georgia. Or Minnesota and Florida (who I noticed is missing from your chart because of its good score).

Its not a conspiracy, just a bad narrative that unravels when you look at the data.

    • Some US state policies appear to be key levers for improving life expectancy, such as policies on tobacco, labor, immigration, civil rights, and the environment.
Right. So liberal policies on immigration and labor contribute to longer life expectancy! Of course they do. What a joke. I can see tobacco (though I struggle to see what policies could differ between states on tobacco!)

Results show that changes in life expectancy during 1970-2014 were associated with changes in state policies on a conservative-liberal continuum, where more liberal policies expand economic regulations and protect marginalized groups. States that implemented more conservative policies were more likely to experience a reduction in life expectancy.
But no explanation on how these policies actually influenced life expectancy, of course.

The "study" if anyone wants to read it, that supported this hilarity.

American Airlines captains who have had heart attacks since being jabbed against their will to keep jobs sure as heck do not deny they have a problem while laying in a hospital bed after passing out from heart failure six minutes after landing 200 passengers.
Maybe T H E Fouch will fill us in some day. LOL!
Maybe the captains should ask Fuerer Trudy, she'll tell 'em.
When you gonna start pulling your weight up there in the frozen north and taking your share of migrants from south of the border? Step it UP! You should be pulling at least 10Million this year alone and 12 mil next year and so on until you have a six dozen million more. You got all kinda space up there. Lets GO, Get Up on IT! LOL.
