  4. any suggestions about esignal?
I think that it worth to choose the "scanner solution" that is based on most used platform cos you can always find another porgrammer who might help you to create new scanner.
TradeStation is a good solution cos they propose subscription without opening account with them (theyir rates are not best).
    What about esignal?
    any suggestions?

For non US markets you are looking at Tradestation TS2000i or Neoticker and a third party feed. Metastock quotecenter covers most markets and has some basic screens, but a symbol limit of 1000..............

    There is ProRealtime: http://www.prorealtime.com/en/

Pretty good charting; amazing screening, US and international markets.

The great thing about their screening is that its realtime, customizable in lots of ways.

Cons: very limited result set, limitation in amount of 'back' data you can use in a scan.

Might be worth to check out. You can try it free with EOD data.

PS: Java based, so runs on almost any platform. Mac, Unix, Win

first of all i dont speak german, cant read reports news etc.
second there is so few if any mechanical system trader in turkish markets , so market turns are much more slow, opportunutis clearer.
there are of course some legal issues about international investing
