Having trouble finding good entries after the histogram oscillation. The PF requirement either seems to get you in way too late, or doesnt appear at all at certain times and you miss the move. Also possible that I dont quite understand them fully, I have them marked in red arrows on the chart. All were profitable, so no complaints of course.

Also, on another note. My slower chart (16807) had a rising green histogram from around 10am to just before 2pm. Didnt seem prudent to be long, and not sure if this negates the short trades due to the rising hist. on slower chart?

  3. Prof am i correct in assuming that your method works on any fractcal of 7 constant volume bars?

So trades on a 2401 CVB chart would have the same rules as on a 16807, etc?

  4. Whoa I just read this whole thread and now i have a headache.

    Alright.

What is the code for the green/black histogram? Is it just another ERG? What are the settings? I know the settings for the red/blue line.

Prof, are you using some sort of multiplier for the red/blue line? The reason I ask is because when I recreate your chart using a 343 constant volume chart, my ERG settings match yours exactly. However when I change this to another setting, like 16807 CVB, then the line barely ever exceeds +10/-10. Or is this correct? Can you please post a chart using 16807 CVB so I can compare?

Have specific entry/exit rules been posted? I did see Prof's long post of rules but it was hard to follow.

How about this: After you get your signal, you get in in a hist oscillation of the next fastest fractal. Risk is much tighter.

p.s.: Are those labels in your charts automatic or drawn by hand?

Can somebody please tell me what is wrong with this ergo chart and settings . I have been using Ensign program trying to duplicate same settings you have on ninja but my results are different . Ergo line seems correct but I dont have the same histogram and dont have the -10 +10 lines.

Change your settings to "weighted" where you have "exponential" and "exponential" where you have "simple" and take a look at your charts again.

Your ERG is as close as it gets. Your histogram looks "slow". I have not worked with ensign. Sorry I can't help more.
