Thanks Prof. The price labels help me somehow to set stops/targets, etc.

Do you use the highs and lows of the candles in your indicators or only the open and closes?

    Thanks.

Which of those 4 is closer to your chart Prof please?.

I think I have the parameters in the wrong order.

    Thanks

  3. I understand with the stops. My software gives me prices off to the right of the chart.
I don't use candles at all, only bars.

OK. For the record, so that everybody knows:

Whatever has been coded in ninja and is available at the ninjatrader forums as eco, eco2, ecowhatsisname, etc. is DIFFERENT from what is shown on Prof's chart.

I believe the reason is that the histogram in Prof's chart is from a faster fractal. I'm not aware of the possibilities of coding two indicators from different timeframes in the same chart in ninjatrader.

I hope this post helps save someone some precious time.

  6. I'll try to find someone that has my stuff coded for Ninja. No guarantees but I will try.

Does anyone have this working for Sierra Chart that can upload their chart book and a study collection? I can't get it to come out right.

  8. Ninja Trader has TSI which can be made very similar to Prof's
    indicator .
The most important thing in his method to understand the mechanics of the price movement, indicator doesn't have to be identical.

Maybe for you that is true. Now if you want to program a computer to make the exact same entries and exits, then yes it does have to be identical.

For me the most important thing is to make money with it, not to understand any mechanics of anything, except to get it to work.
