  1. Well, things went pretty well, and we had some great comments from attendees and exhibitiors alike. We would have liked more visitors, but kept the lecture hall pretty full.

We are satisfied enough that we will be doing it again a few more times. Make some changes to the program,, and hope to make it even better.

If anyone who attended has suggestionsk please PM me wth your ideas.

People especially seemed to like the Pro Trader Forum, so they could ask questions of all of us....we did that during lunch.

I'll give Seisan his computer back now..lol

  2. so did this seisan character ever reveal himself? which product was he selling there??

or, better yet, was he an alter ego don bright created to constantly tout the show and bring it to the top of the trading forums until the show??

  3. Thing is, a lot of these 'gurus' may at one time have been decent traders with some kind of gimmick ('edge').

    Then the gimmick stopped working.

    No replacement gimmick.

    Thus, gurudom.

How many Soes Bandits are now pumping gas again?

  4. Just on a practical note, what you say is exactly why we do things like this....to show what is working by people who are trading (and making money) this year. Whether it be automation or enveloping, std. deviation plays or combinations thereof, you have to adapt to the marketplace.

  6. Sorry to break the conspiracy theory, but I only use my real name....and have been since I got DonBright@aol. a million years ago.

I don't mind saying that seisan is a very enthusiastic, soon to be trader with us, who has been to our schools, etc.

    So, who is Boss Hog?

(and have you ever caught them "good ole boys" anywhere around Hazzard County? lol

  7. I didn't think it really WAS you, Don, just testing......
but wow, seisan sure did one hell of a job helping you promote the show- maybe you should give him a better commission rate :D :D :D

  8. Don't give him any ideas....heck, he paid to get into the show, after driving from Vegas......real nice guy!!! We'll give him some "special attention" when he starts trading (you know, the secret handshake type of trading strategies)....

  9. Don,

I think you did a good job at your first show. It was refreshing to meet with traders such as your brother, Mark, Cash and others.

I especially enjoyed listening to your brother since we seem to have a similar trading style. I also believe in specializing in a few sectors and stocks versus scanning for what ever wiggles and jiggles. Don’s focus on specializing on one stock such as AOL is refreshing, and traders stand much to learn from a similar approach in my opinion. Anyway, good seeing you again, and next time in Denver stop in to trade with me again and also lunch.

    Warmest regards,

    David.

  10. Thanks David....I really appreciate your participation, and you seemed to draw the largest audience (I'm jealous lol).
We're going to meet with some of our people and discuss the next event. I've had a bunch of calls from people in other areas who had friends attend the Anaheim show, wanting to know the "when and where" of PTT2.

    Thanks again........see you in Denver!!
