Professional Trading associations

Hello,

Does anyone know of any professional trading associations (CTAs, Hedge Fund Managers, RIAs, etc...) that offer collective purchasing benefits ? I'm forming a very small company, 1 to 2 full time employees, to manage a private fund. I'm concerned about availability of health insurance for pre-existing conditions.
