  1. The last post was a bit harsh but required never the less.

Maybe I can help in allowing the OP to put the matter straight with a very simple question.

What do you consider the most basic requirement for an ordinary Joe Soap trader to have in order to make better trading choices?

I will judge your value to others based on your reply and I can say with all due respect that I will not be far off the mark.

You are giving to others and in order to give correctly you must adhere to some basic fundamental principles.

  2. I'm not sure I can give you a good answer. What comes to mind is eliminate what is hurting your trading.

  3. The major trend of the market is most important. And support/resistance levels are important. I derive those levels not from the chart, but from how I remember the price behaving at those levels.

  4. Clarity of mind.

  5. OP seems very credible, unlike yourself. Given the fact that he isn't responding to non-trading questions and flames such as yours (unlike Sick), is a good indication that he means business.

If you don't think the OP is credible and don't think his answers will help you make money, don't read the thread. Simple as that.

BTW, large font does not make your post any more important. In fact, it makes it difficult to read and comes off as being obnoxious.

TZ has a good heart and good intentions

More than once I’ve seen him ferret out the bad

If the OP is solid – no worries – he’ll weather it

The mkt is 100 times worse

    If not – oh well

    My opinion of course

  7. Only 1 thing can hurt your trading - yourself. How can one eliminate themselves?

  8. I think what he meant was eliminate the parts of you, your trading style and your decisions that hurt your trading. You are right you can't eliminate yourself but really how many times do you need to touch a hot stove before you realize that is a bad idea? To make a mistake is human to make the same mistake twice is stupid.

  10. I have seen a FEW posts of his worth reading, most just seem accusatory and hateful.

And more than once I have seen him run away new people just looking for answers.

But why should he have to "weather it"? I have said this before in response to TZ and his defenders: what does it hurt for people to post thier ideas and opinions? Of course, no one should ever blindly follow anyone else, not even a paid mentor. I like reading these threads, even the 100% false ones, because thinking about why they are false sometimes gets me to come to new realizations or to think about things in a different way.
