Problems with IB TWS

Thank goodness my TOS account is up. LOL.

This is for the TOS for futures thread. LOL.

 

just got of the phone with trading desk- ask them to cancel open orders-they said-can't do that.system is down on IB side too..trading desk have no idea,when the problem maybe solved...pretty pretty bad..

 

no excuse for this

when i worked in software, always had a 'last stable state' version ready to go on every new version install

Down and can't get up. I assume they will reimberse everyone commish dollars for offsetting positions?

Circuit Breaker; any thought about preventing a major crash at the end of year.

 

Oh my god! What if they dont fix it by the close? Does that mean a 5 min scalp will turn into a weekend trade? And for all those who trades on intraday thin margin, will the system liquidate you at the globex open on sunday?

whenever your broker fails, you pay the consequences

 

25 minutes down now and not a word on the website. Keep your customers informed IB. Pathetic.
