You have been scammed. CONTACT THE POLICE, RIGHT NOW!!! That's a very popular scam in China. I have already quite a few friends who fell prey to this scam. This is already a modified version of the scam. In the original version, you are not able to withdraw anything at all once you've deposited your money. The link is not even clickable. Now they've modified it a bit to let you withdraw when the amount is small and only disallow you to withdraw your entire deposit.

If you can, try to see if you can find out where that app or that fake "currency exchange company" is located in China and contact the police of the city where this company is located. Sometimes the police in China would be able to block the transfer and/or freeze the account of the fraudster so you might be able to recover some of your money but you need to ACT FAST!! One of my friends sensed something wrong after depositing her money and when she couldn't withdraw her money anymore, she contacted the police right away and the police was able to block her deposit and freeze the account of the defrauding company and she was able to recover her most recent deposit but all of her previous deposits were gone because they've already been transferred out.

Next time do NOT invest anything with any Chinese platform or anything Chinese especially through anything social media!! Geez haven't people learned anything from what's happening with Evergrande? Even large investment companies like Blackrock and UBS and HSBC are about lose their $$ after investing with China, what makes you think you can earn any profit investing in Chinese companies? Jesus people!! Think!!

No the story is real. This scam is very popular in China. See my previous post. The OP needs to contact the police right away!! The police in China is actually quite good in dealing with scams now because they are more experienced now with these s*** unlike the police here. This happened to one of my friends and she was able to recover some of her money after contacting the police in China.

Probably used Iceland address so that it's more difficult to verify the exact location.
If they used NY for example, then it could be quickly checked, just assuming.
The address is a red herring.

You are right that was naive from me. This sitr looked suspecious to me, but I was assured by my friend, and decided to trust her as I woudnn't think a friend could stab me in the back, and I was also greedy, I admit. I will see what I can do about this site, but I do not really trust that police in Bulgaria would help me, just like all the government institutions.

Where did you meet this "friend"? Tiktok? Wechat? That should give you a clue. Try to see if there is a mobile version of this platform. It might be easier to pinpoint the originating location through the mobile version.

Crypto exchanges still exist in the rest of the world outside of China. The crooks could've still exchanged the bitcoin through any of those exchanges to RMB and transfer the RMB back to the bank account in China if the crooks in indeed from China. I have a feeling it is.
