We are in contact with Comcast who has confirmed a partial outage although they are unable to pinpoint exactly the population of clients impacted or its cause. This also appears to be impacting certain clients of Eastlink and Shaw cable who may be piggybacking their services. Our system status page will be updated with information as it becomes available.
