Yes i know. I have asked them a lot of times and they told me i need to use IBKR. I can not use interactive brokers as they don't provide day trading margins and also they have high costs.
I mean i have contacted NT brokerage. They closed my account and not willing to reactivate. I have asked them to refund my NT license fee and they did not accept it either.
Originally you said you had an account with Philip Capital...and purchased an NT8 license. They are a standalone broker that was supporting NT. Are you now saying that NT (as a broker) will not open an account for you?
Ok maybe language barrier here. I have purchased NT lifetime multibroker license and opened my account using NT brokerage. It's Phillip Capital. Now they have disabled my account and not re-activating. Also the email they have sent was RUDE.
Did you blow up spectacularly and take your time to pay up? Could you be experiencing some discrimination due to your residency status? What happened with the account you funded with AMP? It's a small community and word gets around. There must be underlying issues.
OK that is clear...I would contact NT and definitely DEMAND a refund if in fact they sold you a license that you could NOT use. I think that most would agree with that but without posting a response from NT regarding your personal situation...it is all dependent on if NT opened a brokerage account that you were not qualified for and KNOWINGLY sold you a license to use that brokerage that would reject you based on your qualifications. Especially if you opened an account with NT as you claim. If in fact you violated the NT terms of your contract, there are still other brokers who support the platform.
