When I first startup TWS the candles look as they should...then a few seconds later it is almost like they glitch out like the picture below and stay that way. It does this on every ticker. suggestions?
I had this on TWS FX Sim, would remove them manualy, yet it would come back. Only a single candle tho per 10 yrs/monthly.
Contacted customer service and they got it figured out. For future reference: - Click TWS Icon so login screen pops ups. - Click "More Options" towards bottom. - Click "Version" drop box and select "Beta". - Log on, problem solved. - Try switching back to normal version from beta every week until it is fixed there as well.
