Everything was working fine this morning, then later today i tried to open it, and it said something about winsig.exe not running properly... so i uninstalled the software, i still had the installer package so i tried to reinstall....aparently macafee keeps blocking the software from installing correctly. I turned off my firewall but it didnt do any good? help thanks.
You might want to try the latest installer off our site. Are you getting specific McAfee messages, even after disabling that program? Thanks.
version 10.5.1678?...if this is the one you mean, thats the one i got. Mcafee doesnt show any messages except during the instal the program seems to be picking up a trojan and it stops the program from installing successfully yes i'll try to dl the new version anyway and see if it helps.
