Problem after the integration of STP - TWS

After the integration of STP and TWS I am not able to receive any real time data. I have done everything possible to solve the problem, without any result. I also tried to login from other PCs, but it was always not possible to receive real time data.

The strange thing is that when I log in my “simulated trading” account (i.e. without the interference with STP) everything works fine .

I have approached IBs technical support and reported the problem, but the days are passing and they do not seem to have any solution (so far).

Does anybody else experienced similar problem after the integration TWS and STP, or am I alone in the universe.
