Thus the target country has to make do with what resources it does have. In addition, the target country may be obligated to protect these children from dangerous criminals that are reasonably expected to be part of the group. It is my understanding that the reason some of the children were isolated from their parents was because their parents were arrested. Furthermore, this policy has been in place and enforced to a degree under the Obama Administration. The best policy appears to be refusing entry of these caravans into the US, even at the risk of health of the invaders. Once the word gets around that it is unwise to attempt to force ones way through a border, these caravans will stop. Just for kicks, how about you try to illegally cross into Mexico from the US and get caught. I can guarentee you that you will not make another attempt in your lifetime. 3. He should not have caved in to the Democrats. It is harder to gain incremental growth to the economy when it gets to near full capacity. Trump is succeeding because businessmen feel more confident through tax cuts and reduction of over overreaching regulations to increase hiring. As the US economy has been growing towards capacity, minorities have benefitted greatly as measured by record low unemployment. Finally, minorities have found a politician the will help them where it counts: Their pocketbooks. Trump and the Republicans are doing, while the Democrats and the media are still talking about racism. 4.
