Pro Firm Loyalty

Discussion in 'Prop Firms' started by AnonymousTrader, Sep 27, 2003.

  1. Here's an important poll I think.

For all of you who are prop traders - how loyal are you to your firm?

  2. Just a note from the "other side" - (I will not vote, obviously).

Loyalty is a key factor, especially when you are in need, looking for help, and we (as firm's) take that into consideration at all times.

We don't expect anyone to "blindly loyal" and we respect smart business decisions (when it comes to keeping your options open). The only time it concerns us, is when someone you have brought along, given large sums of money to, makes some money back and runs off with it without paying the firm back....and I could name many, many on this board even. Of course I won't....

Trading is your business, as it is our, and we "don't want no dumb members" with us. Just search out all the facts, not the BS, whether you think it's coming from me or anywhere else.

One more thing, even firms have to consider loyalty to their clearing firms, exchanges, etc.......platforms, and all the rest....it is a major factor, but not the only factor.

    All the best....

    Don

  3. Don,

I couldn't agree with you more.

Otherwise, I am glad to see that so far over 70% are healthy loyal - there is still hope for this industry!

Keep the responses and votes coming!
