  2. in america it doesn't pay to commit small crimes, it's really not even worth trying for the fun of it, you get a fucking sentence of 20-30 years over something retarded
    ------------------------

I hear ya. I tell my kids if you want/need money without ever paying it back and stay out of jail, study bk laws and get a credit card.

  4. <i> "Sex with animals is perfect for men in Washington state, as long as the animal weighs less than 40 pounds."</i>

--->It should be the exact opposite- It's far more cruel & injurious to bone a shih tzu than a full grown cow or elephant. We really should petition the governor!

  5. The justice is that they both do time. I have an issue with the disparity of sentencing too. I say the well to do are getting too much of a break. Look, these individuals are looting MY community for the most part. They're doing drive by's in MY community. They're terrorizing MY senior citizens. No one's making them do this.

Can't find a job? Their not qualified for a job. In motive or discipline. You know, it's MY community that we're addressing, and I'm willing to be honest. I want them off the street. Crime, give it time!

Selling drugs is not only illegal, it's hurting MY community. They can't function high. I wouldn't hire them, why should I expect you to? If a child drops out of sixth grade, he shouldn't be looking to get a Benz any time soon. Yet, they covet these things. They get lucky and sell a few thousand CD's and they are looking for a national tour, not a way to get educated. Even though I'm damn near begging them, that's not in the cards.

Just four months ago a guy who lives just blocks from my parents got a record deal, he's been selling beats to rappers for a while and it looked like he was getting a break. Got an advance and a few accolades and then there's a Hummer (the 3 I think) in the driveway. The kid is 17!! Got kicked out of high school for discipline reasons. He got arrested last month for a break in case. His parents say he had no money for the truck and stuff but, orherwise he's a good kid. It's his third case as a juvenile. JAIL THE CLOWN!!!!!

The community corners are full of youngsters just sitting around letting life roll. No goals, no skills, no future basically. Don't get suckered with cliches about no work and no hope. Try no effort. The community has Boy Scouts. Minimal participation! Little League. Minimal participation! Summer computer classes. They closed it because there weren't enough kids to support the program. Yet the local upcoming rap group packed the high school gym at $50 per ticket.

I visited the folks three weeks ago. As I turned into the drive I noticed the kid next door sitting on the porch with one of the kids who got busted last year for drug sales (I know his folks). Both are sitting on the porch as if they were watching paint dry. They acknowledged me as I got out of the car. I said hey, aren't those the Lebron's you're wearing? "The kid smiles and says, yep, $800! I'm getting the hat this weekend too!"

And these are solid representations of many of our poor kids who need your help. I'm through!!

  6. Here's one not from the above list but just as silly a law. In Lubobck TX a woman at a lingerie shop sold a dildo to an undercover cop. The novelty toy (dildo's) weren't kept out front, the customer had to ask for them. By Texas law if a store had more than a certain number of these on the premises then it became a felony. And yes the lady was charged with a felony for selling a dildo er novelty toy. This happened last year I think. Oh I almost forgot if convicted she would have to register for the rest of her life as a sex offender.

  7. Amen, Rearden.

Rearden, you should run for office. It has to start somewhere.

We need to save this country before it's too late.

The problem is not with the government, it's with the people. As long as the majority of Americans think it's justifiable to jail people for selling sex toys, how on earth can you expect any progress?

  9. Thanks much, but I'm 100% unelectable!

I never feign fondness for people whom I dislike, I hate both large crowds and shaking hands, I suck at persuading people to do what I want them to do (unless I take out my wallet)... but worst of all: <B>I never lie to people unless I consider them to be my enemies!</b>

Who the hell would ever vote for a politician who refuses to shovel pile after pile of pleasant sounding bullshit? You know how they always justify the never-ending expansion of government powers by claiming it's "For the children"? Well, my campaign slogan would be; "Fuck the children!"
