Priority Access @ Cybercorp

    Cybercorp started a new feature today. Looks like Schwab is improving customer service. I don't know what the requirements are to have this "priority" service.

    I got this email, and a call today from Cyber:
    (the bold part is the most important)

    Dear XXXXX,

    As one of our most valued clients at Cybercorp., you now have an exclusive toll free number for Priority Access to our full range of trading, customer service and technical support through a dedicated team.

    Priority Access #: 1-877-242-XXXX

    This new priority number will direct you to our experienced team of active trading specialists who are familiar with your account. <b>This team is dedicated to serving your trading needs including the ability to enter orders for you via the Communicator, during times of technical difficulty.</b>
    Please feel free to also utilize the Communicator with questions you would like addressed immediately without having to place a call. Italo (I.J.)Zarate, your dedicated representative, will be ready to answer it.
