Printable versions of reviews on Backtesting Platforms

I have seen a few that allegedly perform backtesting but they are not; they simulate etc.

Anyone knows a good software system to do this?

Can someone explain to me the steps involved in testing a trading idea on a portfolio of markets and what the steps are in doing that with TradersStudio as well as other products like Trading Bloxs and Multicharts.

Please explain what you mean by alleged back testing, as back testing by definition is a simulation, as seen below:
